The room was clean but smaller than expected. Sound proof was good and breakfast was good as well. There is no hanger for the towels which is unacceptable.

Modern Hotel , good location
The lobby decor was spacious and modern. Reception staff, could do with a little more smile and warmth in welcoming guests. Location is about 8 mins walk from Taichung railway Station. And just outside the hotel, there’s a bus to Taichung airport. So, it’s really convenient. Room was comfortable with the usual amenities. Wash basin was outside of the toilet. Breakfast wasn’t all that tasty but to be fair, had some variety.

Nice new room, but disappointing breakfast
Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Room was also very comfortable. The room for doubles was spacious too, including the bathroom. Breakfast was a disappointment though.

With basement carpark. Comfortable bed. We booked 2 rooms and requested connecting room but was told no same type of rooms adjacent to each others. Not sure what does it mean but it does not bother us anyway. Shower place is fooded during shower.

Pretty new hotels with an interesting high tech theme. Friendly and helpful staffs. Free laundry. Good amenities. However, TV respond very slowly and picture quality is horrible (240p quality maybe?). Laundry room close time is too early. Surrounding environment feels unsafe, the karaoke across the hotel becomes a party place for people to get drunk at night. Nearby streets are old and dark. It's located at an old downtown of taichung so it's a bit chaotic there. I would only recommend to stay in this district if you're looking for a place to stay nearby the famous yizhong street.

lucky to have found this place, located across the popular KTV location of Taiwan, relatively classy and clean, breakfast included is a plus, and off we go to to see enjoy the new year

Clean net
It’s in the old town nearby the park and 10 minutes walk from main station. The neighborhood is interesting in different ambiance day & night. Old & new. Local @ Foreign. Nice coffee machine for the Taiwanese buffet breakfast. Be aware that the luggage arrive is without garde. The rest is quite a comfortable stay with nice isolation also the excellent bedding.

大廳無寄放保管服務
辦理入住時是自助式⋯無行李寄放服務，很糟糕。對提早退房寄放行李的旅客非常不方便。房間算大也舒適安靜。清潔度及格吧！

打掃不認真，上一位住客的隱形眼鏡及髮夾等沒有清理 風筒容易過熱停止運作 電燈有部分壞了 馬桶容易塞，職員清理時準備不足，污水由廁所一直滴到大門 自助登記入住系統差，飯店沒有提供訂房號碼無法自助登記 行李暫存只是提供存放空間，沒有登記，任何人都可以取走行李

一入住就看到房務清潔的車放在走道上，感覺不是那麼好，再來是房間隨處可看到灰塵，浴室的大小毛、腳踏巾有髒汙，早餐餐廳的服務生一直不斷地在聊天，甚至於直接從餐檯拿早餐吃，並非是不能吃，應該是7點客人用餐前就先吃才對，我也是飯店出身，以前在飯店時，只要一到客人開餐，絕對不敢有人去餐檯拿東西吃，因為這是觀感問題。
