Furniture is stained and dirtied. Toilet paper is not replenished. Linen is not changed. Television is not working. Breakfast is 2 out of 3 stars. The ultimate put off is intentionally blocking off guest’s call at designated time. I pray no one ever require emergency attention in this hotel.
