Popular spots are easily accessed by youbike or by foot. We did encountered some difficulties when checking in, but the customer support was able to help us solved the problem. The room is compact; shower is spacious. I asked the receptionist about taking uber to airport and she even came out to wait for the uber with me. Place was clean and tidy as well. I called a few days before checking in to change to lower floor and they accommodate my change. Not the cleanest but location was a plus point (it was near gancheng station where you could take a bus out to Sun Moon Lake). Furniture is stained and dirtied. Toilet paper is not replenished. Linen is not changed. Television is not working. Breakfast is 2 out of 3 stars. The ultimate put off is intentionally blocking off guest’s call at designated time. I pray no one ever require emergency attention in this hotel.
