The elevator and hallways are dingy feeling and not clean. The room had a musky smell and looks into construction site. The staff is also very limited as their check in experience is supposed to be automated. It’s really limited and they won’t help with anything. We booked for two nights and tried cancelling the second night immediately upon seeing the property but the manager insisted on not helping us. Expedia also tried to intervene and ask for help but the management refused. Overall terrible experience. if you want to risk booking here, definitely do not choose their prepay option as this means Expedia can’t help you. Das Hotel 3-4 Sterne Charakter weil Kühlschrank und Superior Bett und 60 Zoll Flatscreen Fernseher nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich sind. Bezahlt haben wir 58 Euro. Frühstück gibt es glaube ich nicht weil das Hotel so mehr auf Internet und Digitale Ebene eingestellt ist. Einchecken zum Beispiel mit Scanner der dein Pass scannt und Fertig.
