The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. « What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here.
