Room is new and spotless. Clean and comfortable bed. Maybe the hardest pillows I’ve ever slept on, which is fine to me. The area is quite bustling at night so beware if you’re a light sleeper.

This hotel experience was by far the best during my one month vacation in Korea. The management team was second to none. They made our stay in Jeonju very comfortable. The breakfast was so good and selection was plenty.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are basic, but clean and quiet. The lighting in the bathroom is poor for applying makeup. The breakfast buffet was adequate. We also ate in the cafe twice. It would be nice to have a full service restaurant for dinner.
