Only 1 km separates this comfortably furnished apartment house in the quiet district of Alt-Westerlands from the beautiful sandy beaches of the North Sea. Stroll through Westerland's lively pedestrian zone or spend a day at the beach. Watch the numerous water sports enthusiasts conquer the waves or be active yourself with surfing, beach hiking or even building a sandcastle. Are you traveling with your dog? 17 designated dog beaches offer plenty of space to romp in the sand and in the waves. Highlights included: WLAN Activities nearby: Sylt is more varied and diverse than almost any other island. Around 50 km of hiking trails and around 200 km of cycle paths invite you to extensive tours in the multifaceted nature. Kilometer-long walks on the beach or along the shifting dunes are just as possible as mudflat hikes. In Westerland, restaurants, bars and cafés invite you to spend pleasant hours. Concerts take place in the music shell on the beach promenade and various museums, galleries and exhibitions are available for culture lovers. Note: Use of the swimming pool and sauna in the Berlin apartment complex in Westerland is possible. This is located in the house "Andrea"
