"We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. The lounge was a beautiful, serene space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and a canapé dinner. The food was consistently fresh and delicious, but what made our mornings truly memorable was the service from Jerry. He brought warmth, humour, and genuine hospitality to every interaction, an absolute gem and a real asset to the Shangri-La team. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and looked after. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re after a five-star stay with small details that make a big difference."

"Staff was very nice in every department. We were welcomed by Yuki at the front drive. Very upbeat and friendly, always needed a pleasant arrival especially after a long international flight. At the front desk Airi was also warm and very friendly. She provided recommendations around the area on where to eat and walk around. Both ladies are amazing team members for the hotel. I enjoy W properties and this is one I will recommend to all my friends. "
