This charming self-contained studio with a shared courtyard is only a 10 minute talk to Coogee Beach, which features a variety of dining options. It has a well-furnished casual living area with a comfortable sofa. The studio also features a separate kitchen and dining area. Located in the centre of Coogee, it has easy access to a variety of bus routes to take you to the centre of the CBD or Bondi Junction.

This is a spacious studio with polished concrete flooring and colourful beach-inspired decor with a shared courtyard. The kitchen and four-person dining table are in one room, while the queen-size bed and flat-screen TV are in an adjoining room. It also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine in the kitchen.

Coogee Bay Road is lined with boutiques, bars and restaurants, while the Bondi to Coogee Walk reveals other idyllic beaches and reserves.
