I messaged the text only mobile number about the issue with no response. After having later gone up to the shop for some air fresheners to try to alleviate the bad smell I ran into the agent and asked if he had received my message. He replied yes and looked away. I mentioned a smoking room shouldn’t be rented out as non smoking and was responded to with “I can’t help what people do” and walked away. Absolutely garbage customer service mate. It’s cheap and don’t expect much, but fix the smell before renting out the room. We ended up having to leave the place later that night as it smelt too much. The carpet was also so dirty you couldn’t tell what color it had been.
