"The staff are great and so is the breakfast. Both the pool and fitness center were under construction which wasn't communicated in the Expedia page. The property is really tired and in need of a full remodel. This is reflected in the price which is discounted so don't complain, but be aware that you are receiving a discount while they work on the property. Looking forward to visiting in the future when the remodel is done."

"The first thing I noticed was the floor in the elevator had tape on the floor to hold down the Vinyl flooring. It looked disgusting . Then my duvet was dirty w a few stains and crumbs on top. The toilet is too low and needs replacing. Overall the place is old and I would never go back. The breakfast was very good and the staff attentive. Oh and my mini fridge gurgled loudly in the middle of night."

"This place is a dump. Plugs didn't work, bathroom was filthy, the A/C only cools one room but has 2 other non-operational thermostats. The inroom coffee did work in the coffee pot. 2003 TVs...just drive to St. Charles and avoid this dump."

"The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet."

"Room was dingy and stained. Sheets, covers, blankets were stained. Extra pillows in closet pillowcases had not been changed and were dirty. Clothes rail fell off closet when hanging clothes. Grounds were covered in litter, bottles and discarded beer cans. Did not see one staff member after check in, room was not cleaned nor offered to be cleaned upon check-in. Absolutely will not stay again."
