« When we checked in we waited for our room to be ready, at 3:56pm I asked if it was ready. They said it was. Upon entering the room we noticed several issues, no toilet paper and no refill,smudges in the bathroom mirror as well as in the balcony door, sink dirty and stained. The tub was clogged and took forever for the water to go down the drain, there was no body wash gel, hardly any shampoo towels did not look clean but reclycled. « We showed up in a terrible storm, power out in most of the surrounding area for days. We managed to get two of the last rooms. The room price was cheap, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool, gym, and claw machines kept my niece occupied, and they even had a hotel bar open on weekends for the adults. Would definitely stay again. »
