"Reception desk with Ahmed was exceptional as was good and drinks. Room had view of the Dead Sea too — stunning. Zara spa was wonderful with reception (Suhaib and Hanan !!!), massage (Samir !!!), hydropools, pool with dead sea water pumped in, chill atmosphere . Well done Movenpick!"

"I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room. Balcony with a view of the Dead Sea. Food at breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Didn't like no loo paper at all in gents loo by the pools on day 2 (limited loo paper in some loos on day 1). Bedside light worked on day 1 then stopped working. No hot water for a shower at about 5:45pm (it did heat up about 45 minutes later but annoying when you expect to shower)."

"First time staying at the hotel, the rooms were a great size. They came with a kitchenette which was amazing but then there were signs saying no outside food. Not sure why they would have a kitchen in the room if you can’t use it. The playground and pool were good and the access to the Dead Sea was really close. The staff were all friendly and helpful so I would stay again. "

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...
