Stayed one night here as I was traveling through. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small with cheap furnishings but clean. My room was facing the interstate so the was quite a bit of truck noise. (The other side faces a truck stop so not sure that would be better). Left before breakfast

This was a higher class room. Luxurious and comfortable. It had an International hotel luxury feel. I would rent again.

Good stay. Check in went well. Employee could have been a little more friendly . Room clean and beds were comfortable . Breakfast lady and checkout personnel very friendly.

Check in person not very warm at all. Housekeeping and breakfast person were great. Left an article of clothing came back later that day no where to be found!

Staff were nice. I stayed on the three floor and so did several oil field workers. They had laundry out in the hall that night and when I left the next day around noon the laundry was still in the hall.

Cars were parked in the handicap spaces without the proper signage or license plate. No one enforces it either so my daughter and I had to park around the building.

Each time I stay at this hotel, I have great room, great customer service. Gracie at the front desk is an amazing woman. She is very kind and considerate to any needs I might have. She is a hard worker. She is such an asset to this property. I will definitely stay here each and every time I come to sweetwater.
