Ballard Down View is in a great location, just 10 minutes' walk to Swanage town centre and its famous sandy beaches and for the more adventurous the nature reserve and coastal paths are a short walk away.


    The seaside town of Swanage is a true traditional gem of a holiday location in this lovely corner of Dorset.


    The local area has numerous activities to enjoy - for the more adventurous there are a number of water sports you can try or for those looking for a slower pace enjoy a stroll along the sandy beach and find a local ice cream to try!


    Within driving distance are Monkey World and Bovington Tank Museum, further along the coast you can visit Weymouth Sealife Centre.
