We are located just 4 minutes away from Bournemouth town and a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Welcome to The Boho Beach house. The boho has been fully renovated and gone from strength to strength over the past 5 years. We are perfectly located for those who are looking for beach and town location. Due to the success of the Boho, I then purchased the La Di Da Hotel just next door (the pink house). I see the need for larger groups, maybe a wedding - the grooms family in one and the brides in another. This concept for the two family to have the chance to get to know each other and also having some space when needed. But also, the cost savings of all being together rather than the expense of members scattered in different hotels. Send a Sainsbury order and eat in rather than the expense of eating out and also the headache of finding a venue who can accommodate such a large group. Bring your precooked food from home, order in the bubbles and vino. Having the kitchen & BBQ adds to a homely touch. The bedrooms were all excellent, very comfortable and various configurations of beds that worked out perfectly for us. The details showed two sitting rooms downstairs but the configuration had changed and we felt that the communal accommodation was really inadequate for 20 guests. We also did not feel that the accommodation was suitable for dogs. There is no garden and it was quite a walk to take the dog for a wee before bedtime with unsavoury characters hanging around on street corners and outside hotels. There was also smashed glass everywhere along the paths. We had to walk the dog in the middle of the road. The location was great for the beach and the town. The rooms were lovely. A few people mentioned that they would have liked a reading lamp. It is a lovely place to stay and Chanine was always very helpful. ##### Julie B. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful large house with my family (24 of us). Perfectly situated just a stone's throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town, this accommodation offers the best of both worlds. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spacious rooms and inviting atmosphere of the guest house. We loved the decor! The rooms are generously sized, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of seaside adventures. The decor perfectly captures the coastal vibe, creating a relaxing ambience that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The proximity to the beach is an absolute dream. I loved being able to wake up, grab a coffee, and take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline within minutes. Equally impressive is the convenience of having the shops just a short walk away. I enjoyed exploring local shops, cafes, and restaurants without ever needing to worry about transportation. The owner, Chanine, was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with recommendations for local attractions in the area. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Nothing was too much trouble for her! Whether you're looking for a peaceful beach getaway or a base to explore the local town, this guest house ticks all the boxes. There were 19 of us, and we fitted in comfortably. There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate the various groups. On arrival told it was 11.00am and if we wanted to check out at 11.00 we would have to pay £50 cash . We done this but do not feel we should have . I was happy to pay the £25 for lost key and £8 for 1 broken wine glass . Emailed the property owner and not heard back. Would never return to this property. ##### Dena K. This is an excellently maintained property that suited our 15 strong family in almost every respect. The online listing does not make clear that there is no lounge at the property. The only communal room is the kitchen diner shown in the photo which is only equipped with wooden benches. To realise this only when we arrived was a disappointment. You have to notice that a lounge is not mentioned on the property description - we didn't notice. The property owner says that there will be a lounge by next year - but at significantly increased prices. Taking multiple cars was also an issue. There is no house car park, very little on street parking so an extra £85 parking fees in a long stay car park 5 minutes walk away. However, we made the best of it celebrating a birthday and an anniversary. There was lots of laughter and fun, good company and good food, so everyone enjoyed it immensely. ##### Nigel F. All the rooms have a bathroom each, the decor is eclectic and bright, and the kitchen has just been beautifully refurbished.
