The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Close to the train station, close to many of the main Osaka attractions, close to where most day tours depart, close to food, clubs, bars and anything you may need. "Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool. Best time to go was during the ramen experience as there was little to know people in the onsen at that time. Hotel provided all of the toiletries that were needed (towels, comb, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Hotel also provided next day transfer services to our next location (Hakone) and the prices were quite reasonable. "
