EXTERIOR FEATURES 2nd Floor Unit, 1 Parking Spot, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool (Open seasonally from April 1st-October 1st)- Professionally Maintained, Private Balcony, Non Smoking Unit, Trailers, Motorcycles & Golf Carts are Not Permitted at Complex, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Two): 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 1 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two): 1 En Suite, 1 Hall Access PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread.
