Welcome to Channel Marker 305 - your perfect coastal getaway on the south side of Surfside Beach! This charming 2-bedroom condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning oceanfront views. With direct access to the beach and a refreshing community pool, it's the perfect spot for making lasting memories with family and friends. The condo was renovated in 2024, offering a remodeled kitchen and two bathrooms, new LVT flooring, and fresh interior paint. Whether you're relaxing on the private oceanfront balcony with a cool breeze or soaking up the sun on the beach just steps away, you'll quickly see why this destination will keep you coming back year after year. EXTERIOR FEATURES 3rd Floor Oceanfront Unit, Community Pool (Open seasonally from April 1st-October 1st)- Professionally Maintained, Private Balcony, 1 Parking Spot, Outdoor Shower, Non Smoking Unit, Trailers & Motorcycles are Not Permitted at Complex, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Two): 1 King, 1 Full, 1 Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two): 2 Hall Access PROPERTY AMENITIES Linens are Provided with Bed Setup, Internet, Television (Only in Living Room Area), Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option.
