Welcome to Castle in the Sand, your perfect seaside escape complete with a private saltwater pool. This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends coastal charm with modern comfort, offering everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

Enjoy coastal living from three spacious decks, ideal for soaking in the ocean breeze, sipping your morning coffee at sunrise, or unwinding with sunset views. The front decks even offer a peek of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Inside, the main level features an open and inviting layout perfect for gathering with family and friends. A generously sized dining area and convenient powder room complement the living space. The fully renovated kitchen is a standout, featuring an expansive granite island with seating for six, stainless steel appliances, abundant counter space, a deep stainless sink, a large pantry, and an owner’s closet—perfect for effortless meal prep and multiple cooks.

Upstairs, beadboard ceilings add classic coastal character throughout the second floor. This level includes two comfortable guest bedrooms, a shared full bath with a tub, and a welcoming primary suite with a private bath. The primary bathroom features a low-maintenance walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

Step outside to your fenced backyard oasis, where a private saltwater pool with in-water seating is surrounded by sun and shade decking, along with a grassy area for play. Beneath the home, you’ll find an enclosed outdoor shower with a separate dressing area, ample covered parking, and multiple storage closets.

This home is conveniently located near two public beach accesses and just moments from Bridgeview Park, which offers a playground, bocce courts, a kayak launch to the ICW, picnic areas, summer concerts, and more.

For added comfort, the home is equipped with a whole-house HVAC air purifier.

Beautiful home

One of the nicest homes we have rented. Everything about it was wonderful. Lots of space. Pool was great. Kitchen has everything you could want and more. Would definitely recommend.
