The motel is not on Main St, but its location right off the 60 is convenient for travelers, and it is only a quick drive/walk to get to the historic town center. The owner is kind and accommodating. It was perfect for the one night we needed it and had amenities around. The owner was very nice, accommodating and kept the line of communication open as we were expected to arrive late. A few recommendations would be to get some type of shelf in the bathroom as it's hard to get ready with nowhere to put your curling iron or makeup. Or maybe put a big mirror in the sleeping area. A chair is also needed, there's nowhere to sit.
