Conveniently situated between Kings Beach & Happy Valley, the location offers easy access to both destinations. Happy Valley is just a 2-min walk away & a picturesque 10-min stroll along the oceanfront boardwalk will take you to Kings Beach. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sands at Happy Valley, Bribie Island and beyond from the comfort of your own balcony. The Space: Step into this beautiful unit and immerse yourself in stunning ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. The open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living room, all of which open up to the balcony boasting a large outdoor alfresco setting and high bar seats, perfect for enjoying meals or soaking up the coastal ambiance. Inside, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to whip up delicious meals during your holiday. The living area exudes coastal contemporary charm with a lovely plush sofa and large smart TV and an air-conditioning unit.
