« We've stayed at other VRBO locations, but we've never had the host reach out to us by phone call prior to our arrival to check in and see if we had any questions or concerns. I could tell he had a genuine interest in making sure we were all set for our stay at the property. The home and the property were both great, clean, well kept, and you can't beat the lakeside location.
