"We bought ice cream cake for our sons surprise birthday, sadly it melted along the way from winnipeg and the room freezer wasnt helping. I asked the staff for a favor to help me freeze the cake and Vik and Noor/Nur helped us with it. So greatful for them and the hospitality that every staff has is priceless. This is our 2nd time celebrating our sons birthday at Lakeview Hecla"

"For the most part, everything was good. They were just a A few specific concerns regarding safety Cleanliness, Kitchen and washroom facilities. There was stuff left in the fridge from the previous tenants and old garbage left in the veranda when we arrived. The back door wouldn’t latch properly and whenever we use the oven it would become extremely smoky it would also spark consistently inside the element And was not cleaned prior. The main Floor toilet would not flush consistently. And the hot tub had a bunch of brown stuff across the water line. But it was a nice place to rest and relax "

"Place was very clean, well stocked with amenities and overall very comfy. We arrived at the end of a blizzard and Gina had arranged to have the snow cleared which was really well done. She is very responsive and helpful when we reached out to her. "
