« Booked months ahead of time and requested a room on the first floor. When I checked in they had none available and I was put on the 3rd floor. They had no idea I was a Hilton member and when they confirmed that I was they didn't give me the welcome gift. Also the pool was being repaired so we could not use it. Staff was friendly at check in but not efficient. Room was very clean and had great AC. Good place to stay with a great location. Maybe staff was just off that day. »

But I had a last-minute change on my side that I needed 2 beds instead of 1 king size and the staff did not have a courtesy of helping, I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but they could not help at all, the hotel was not even full at its capacity. Poor customer service because I booked the hotel through Expedia. »

« Very nice rooms with a kitchen. Truly nonsmoking inside. Some frustration if traveling with dogs. There is disconnect between the pet fee as stated on Expedia and the hotel. Outside: Hate gravel where grass should be. Pet space is only 12-15 feet by 15-20 feet with a tree in the middle, which is way way too small especially given no grass elsewhere and the dog area is overgrown and unmowed. A foot tall grass is on the tiny dog area. Grass on either side of sidewalks is 2-3 foot talk in some...

« The only thing that could use some changes would be the showers, water goes everywhere when one is showering and the shower head could be better if it could be adjusted. »

« Our room was a total mess: the carpet was dirty, rust on lamp, dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door, no cleaning services during our four nights stay, the « breakfast included » should be identify as « coffee, muffins and oatmeal packs… only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay, toilet seat broken, shower curtain with mold stain, dirty windows, etc, etc… »

The door lock did not work and they could not repair and with the right amount of force it would pop open, along with the air in room not working properly woke up sweating, the door to shower didn’t close properly so floor would get wet again staff would not help with problems had to ask multiple times for towels and was told that I could only get...
