"The staff were very accommodating from the time we checked-in to departure. The room was spacious and very clean. Per the recommendation of the staff, we decided to have drinks and dinner at the hotel. Drinks, dinner and service was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying at the Lodge."

"Knock-down drag-out fight two doors down from me on Friday night. Staff didn’t notice (probably because it was 2am). Really felt they should havd noticed and put a stop to it (cops, ejection, etc). Offered no compensation for a ruined night of sleep. Main restaurant closed for renovation, as were lobby bathrooms. Breakfast (top floor) very good. Staff nice, room clean."

"Best bang for buck in TriCities. Nice rooms, a little aged, but clean and quiet! A billing mistake was quickly corrected, and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here for a short work retreat. Our room did need a good dusting, especially in the corners of the bathroom. I spilled coffee on my bed, so I had to strip the sheets. It was great to see two mattress pads, and a zippered waterproof cover. The coffee did not reach the matteress, but the mattress pads definitely did have stains. The housekeeper who came in was really helpful, friendly, and happy. The spa experience was great, very personalized, restaurant staff were attentive and friendly as well. Will definitely go back!"

"I had a peaceful stay, however, there is no elevator in this hotel and that surprised me. "

"Room and everywhere in the building was great. Staff were great. Chose this hotel over others in the area because it had a functioning pool and hottub, but the pool was very cold and the hottub had a lot of scunge build up floating around. So much that we didn't feel like getting in, so that was disappointing. Also, we found a pill in our bathroom and a different one on the floor outside the bathroom which made me wonder how much cleaning is done between guests, and that's really scary if there are little kids who could eat them! Also there were long hairs on our 'clean' towels. Overall gave me an ick feeling."
