« This is the worst hotel i have ever been. We just dont havw a choice that day and everything is far but the moment we get inside the room
Floor smells pee everywhere. Bathroom stinks . Elevator is loud , we never had a good rest. They gave as the room beside the elevator so everytime someone use elevator my children wokes up. Please dont book room 215. Customer service- we are couple hoirs away and wondering about the pool time and the reception doesnt really know what shes talking about....

« The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either.
After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members.
