« La chambre se trouvait au 3ème et dernier étage de l'hôtel et avait une vue directe sur l'interstate. Pas grave si l'hôtel avait été insonorisé mais ce n'est malheureusement pas le cas. Résultat : on est bercé toute la nuit par le bruit des véhicules circulant sur l'interstate... Mis à part ce problème d'insonorisation vis à vis de l'interstate le reste des prestations est dans la norme pour cette gamme d'hôtel. »

« The room was very clean. There was no on-site staff. Door entry code and room key locker code was provided upon reservation at their website (after booking through Hotels.com). This is a charming rustic hotel. No TV.s Just a cute rustic room with a nice, renovated bathroom. I was the only guest for the first 6 hours of my stay. Sat by a gas fireplace in the common living room and enjoyed the peace. »

« I travel extensively for work and have stayed at many vacation rentals over the past 15 years. This was by far my favorite place.I can’t put a finger on exactly why. The place is small, but that ads to the charm. Even the TV is small, but I’d rather watch the season finale of Stranger Things (which we did!!) on my laptop screen than on a big TV at another boring 5 star hotel.The country setting is beautiful even in Winter, and Riddle is a perfect example of Southern Oregon rural towns - quirky...

"The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
