« We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed another day. We were on a two week wandering, staying at a different motel each night. All of the others were highly rated chain brands, but this one turned out to be the best. It is truly welcoming from the family operating the motel to the spotlessly clean rooms and lobby. It is near the riverfront walk, and the town of Rising Sun is a calm place to spend some time. « This is an amazing cabin. Kitchen was stocked with every utensil you would ever need. It also had a basket in each bathroom with toiletries you may have forgotten. It was super neat and clean. « The place was great and the location was quaint. We could not use the garage, which, as women traveling, is a security item we look for. The host thought of everything and the back yard was beautiful. The one bed was too tall even for the one of us who was 5'9" or so, but the other beds were okay. »
