We barely scratched the surface of the amenities like the fireplace and grills but the beds were comfy, the modern heat kept us warm, and the kitchen was easy to use for preparing food. « Our stay at the West River Lodge was great! The cabin is very cozy, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked dinner one of the nights we were there and all we had to bring was the food…the kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes and flatware…even a vegetable peeler and can opener!
