"The experience at check-in was excellent. There's evidently a candid effort from the staff at the front desk to go above and beyond. Genuinely friendly and attentive without being overwhelming or "cheesy" (as it does happen in some places where staff use canned greetings). In particular we want to commend Lilian as she seems to be fronting the whole thing by herself tirelessly for many straight hours and always with a positive attitude. Food at the Indian restaurant attached to the property was very good. Parking a bit tight in the evening but we found a place with not much trouble. Recommend this hotel."
