"My family and I stayed here during our first trip to the country, and overall, we had a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, neat, tidy and clean, and we were very happy with the accommodation. There are just a couple of areas that could make the experience even better. Firstly, it would be great if the air conditioning and fridge could remain on without needing the room key card inserted. This would help keep the room cool while guests are out exploring, particularly on hot days, and ensure any food or drinks stored in the fridge remain cold. Secondly, the lifts could benefit from air conditioning or better ventilation, as they can become quite warm and stuffy, especially during hotter weather. These are only minor suggestions for improvement and certainly didn't take away from our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality shown by the team. Thank you for making our first visit to the country such a pleasant and memorable one!"

"Really enjoyed my stay here at the Haian. I booked an ocean view room. It was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location. If you want to try surfing, it is literally across the street. The breakfast buffet is top notch. All the food was amazing. The hotel staff is helpful and considerate. The gym could use a bit of updating. There was only one weight machine in the entire gym and it was for thigh workout!! Dumb bells only go up to 15kg. Swimming pool was clean. Warning. There is construction on both sides of the hotel, so if you get a non view room, most likely you will be hearing construction noise. VN has no laws on worktime, so it could go on 24hrs. Bring ear plugs. I would definitely recommend and stay here again."

During my stay, I had a minor accident that was unexpected and honestly left me feeling a little shaken. What really stood out to me was how quickly the staff noticed that I needed help and how genuinely concerned they were. They went out of their way to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Their kindness and personal attention meant a lot to me, especially when I was away from home. I truly appreciate how caring and supportive the staff were, and that experience made my stay even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip. The location is fantastic—less than a 2-minute walk to the beach with vibrant nightlife nearby. It’s also only about a 5-minute ride to the Dragon Bridge and night market. Great location, wonderful staff, and truly caring service. I would definitely stay here again!"
