Location wise is easily access with Grab ride to many places, including airport. There are two supermarkets within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel and a pharmacy next door. I was assigned room on the 2nd floor facing the back. There is no view as it looks into the back of another building. Hardly can hear the road traffic. Sound insulation within the building is lacking as I could hear sound from the lobby and reception. Shower water pressure was medium. Bed was firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. Many places to eat in walking distance. About 20 minutes walk to My khe beach and Dragon bridge. There were a few disappointing points: power failiure when we arrived, no water at night (eventually fixed though), and traffic noise throught night as if windows were open.
