With 1,400 square feet of living space, it can accommodate up to seven guests. A light-filled living room has large windows facing Bald Mountain, 15’ vaulted ceilings, a large gas fireplace with vented gas burning logs, a 55-inch flat screen smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar, and high-speed wireless internet. There is a bench and ski storage inside the front door. The fully equipped kitchen features NEW stainless steel appliances, granite tile countertops, hardwood floors, and maple cabinets. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The deck off the dining and living room also faces Bald Mountain with peekaboo views of the Round House Lodge and the ski runs and includes a gas barbecue. This unit features radiant floor heat. It does not have an A/C, but fans are available in every room. The first guest bedroom is located on the main level containing a new bunk bed and a twin bed with a full bath across the hall with double vanity, shower /tub combination, and full-size stacked W/D in the closet. The master bedroom is upstairs with a King bed, 43-inch flat screen smart TV, spacious closets, views to the North, and an en-suite bath with a double vanity and a jetted tub with shower. The second guest bedroom is also located on this level with a queen bed, 43-inch flat screen smart TV, large closet space, complex views, and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. Complex Features: Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in a convenient corner of Ketchum, just a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining needs. The Complex offers a common area hot tub and outdoor parking for up to two cars only. One lot is heated and the other is plowed regularly in the winter. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. Mar 16, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice location and condo The unit was really well stocked, clean and nice. It was an end unit on the top floor so no neighbor noise. It did have memory foam in n the master bed which we found very uncomfortable but we just removed it for the week and then replaced right before we left. All in all highly recommend. ##### lisa b. The king in the master is two twins w a cheap mattress top. Queen was uncomfortable too. Complex hot tub was lukewarm and gross. Living area is fine. Ok place if nothing else is available, but we won’t stay here again. Location is convenient but still needed a rental car to get around ##### Bradford G. Feb 21, 2022 #### Sun valley condo Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Town and skiing was good but I would not recommend this complex. Final payment was more than expected apparently because VBRO, has "hidden" charges. I was told I should have booked directly with complex. At check-in I was told that the dishwasher was broken and would be repaired the following week, which never happened. Once in the unit the master bed bathroom toilet leaked and could pull electrical box half way out of the wall when removing any plug. Upon checkout there was no mention of any reimbursement, I had to ask and even then, I was put off. ##### Anne K.
