And while the beds were comfortable as was the couch, the living room chairs sat inches off the ground and put you in a 45 degree angle that required effort to even try to get out. Upon checkin the hot tub was closed for our entire stay (literally the reason we picked this one over the other we were between). We really wanted this for those cool nights after being out all day. Second the master bedroom TV did not work. Bummer when you are a mom with a baby and need to hang out at night in the room and no entertainment, away from the rest of the family as needed. Third, cooking pans were so worn out it was metal and nonstick coating flaking into the eggs we tried to cook, only two pans to choose from and both so worn. Such a cheap easy fix for new proper pans. Host was fast to reply and offered discount (pending) and stated it would be looked into for pans/TV. The wooden chair in living room is not able to sit on, cushions are so thin and old.. Outdoor furnitire by water is so old if u sat on them u would fall thru..upstairs Patio furniture needs new cushions very thin.. Grill was left on so no propane had to call.. Tvs only stream so no local channels.. Overall very cheap, old and some hand made furniture out of palets.. Pots and pans need replaced. Bathroom sink took forever to drain.. Pros: decorated super cute, very clean, no bugs inside, great location, quiet area, nice neighbors, management understanding when I didn’t see their previous communication, security was really nice & joked with us. We enjoyed sitting on the back covered patio. My hubby and I had the king bed & elderly mother-in-law had the queen bed & we all agreed that we all slept great on the beds. Hubby & M-I-L have back issues & had no complaints about the beds. Cons: main bathroom door handle didn’t turn enough from the inside so each of us kept getting stuck in the bathroom. I reported bathroom issue, so hopefully it gets fixed. All dining seating is terribly uncomfortable & the bench creaks loudly if anyone over 120 lbs sits on it. Leather strapped seating is also super uncomfortable & hard to get out of. Bath towels were cute but thin. Couldn’t find kitchen towels. I own & operate a vacation rental in Florida and I feel like this place was well managed. I would definitely stay again with the hopes that some of the seating has improved. ##### Marlene S.
