This rare, new single family home comes with screened, double-pane windows for a majestic ocean view and possible dolphin sightings! Nice view while eating breakfast at the house, and had a great breakfast at the Summerland Beach Cafe which is a short walk. If you make coffee, use the Krups over the Mr. Coffee which is very slow. The house is very clean, well stocked and has a great ocean view. It's a nicely built unit which is comfortable and close to everything we had planned for in and around Santa Barbara. We also enjoyed watching the hummingbirds from our window. The neighborhood is safe, quaint and has many cute shops, eateries and cafes within walking distance. There is a cute selection of stores in the town with coffee, produce, and a few restaurants. Access to SB and Montecito is easy. Check-in was super easy and parking is off the street and right up to the house. There is ample, comfortable outdoor seating. The living room is also very cozy and the kitchen has everything you could want. The ground coffee, pods, creamer and sugar is a lovely touch. Rick and Debby are quick to respond with any questions. Summerland is a cute little town and house is in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. My friend and our 20 year old daughters stayed for two nights. The house has plenty of room and a nicely appointed kitchen for meals. The outside space is generous and comfortable. Rick and Debby were kind, gracious, and helpful. It has all the amenities we need and is always clean and fresh, yet so welcoming and homey!
