"Room was clean and comfortable. Only booked this hotel for the hot tub. Told desk clerk that was the reason and asked how the hot tub was, he said great. Changed, went down only to find out it had been out of service for a week. Was not offered any compensation. Won't go back."

Bedroom door did not close, paint chipping in the shower. fridge was broken leaking water inside and out… Spoke to front desk was told maintenance would come… never came nothing was included had to pay for amenities (bowling etc) for the amount they charge for the rooms you would think it would include more… could've honestly stayed at a franchise hotel and got more for the money… def would not be booking again"
