"The hotel location was excellent. It was clean and updated. Check in and out was simple. Staff on the other hand was terrible. Young girl (Maddie) with a major attitude. Didn’t want to help. Was rude and very abrupt. Had iPods in her ears the whole time and clearly did not want to engage at all. "

"The tv didn’t want to turn on. We had to get someone from the staff to come and get it to work. There was no hot water for a shower the first day and the water turned cold while I was showering the second day."

"Room clean but dated. Parking is a major concern. During our stay parking extremely limited all large vechiles (trucks) had to park at side of building Friday night a truck was broken into window smashed only 2 away from us. We were scared to leave our truck overnight. Ample car parking in parking garage but trucks too big. Out door parking in front is not regulated to larger vechiles that don’t fit in parking garage. Property is located in downtown with large unhoused population "
