We will text you information pertinent to your stay including a link to our booking agreement (shortly after reserving), a link to the property guidebook that includes the address and important directions (3days before check in), and the code to the smart lock on the door (around 2:30 pm the day of check in) \-Our cancellation policy is firm but if there are other dates you would like to move a reservation to. The fee for this will vary from $150 - $300 depending on the cabin, how close to the check in date your reservation currently is and availability. \-Please note that this is a non pet friendly property. Would not hesitate to book this place again and we loved every minute of our stay!! We spent the majority of our time on the deck enjoying the views, we even watched a movie out there one night. Highly recommend!! My only suggestion would be to provide the renter with a GPS pin for the location since there is pretty much no cell service around there and our GPS initially took us to the wrong place. ##### Angie K.
