« The property is just a short drive or bike ride to the village of Bethel Maine. We loved the proximity to endless hiking trails and wonderful roads to bike on. The town has great restaurants and a bakery. The kitchen had everything we needed for our monthlong stay and was very functional with a stove that has a center grill. The beds were comfortable, and we liked the rainfall showerhead. »

« Knotty Pine Cottage is the perfect escape from the city. The house is wonderful & the hosts have all the amenities you need for your stay. The views from the deck and 2nd floor of the home are spectacular. You can spend time on the pond kayaking, canoeing or dangling your feet in the water while sitting on the sturdy dock. You can also take advantage of the pretty landscape by sitting at the picnic table or at the adorable seating area with firepit the hosts have created. The appeal of the house...

« We spent a week on Sheep Island in July 2024. We loved it. The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen well enough equipped, the beds comfortable, the lake clean and the view amazing. We had 2.5 days of rain so were glad for the games and puzzles available. I think it would have been nice to have a clothesline for the swimming towels to dry. The chairs in the main area were about the only thing we would change. With the amount of rain, we were stuck inside but not very comfortably. ...

« Arrowhead was in a great location for our hiking adventures. The spot was nestled right along the river, which gave us a nice sound to fall asleep to. Bed was comfortable and the house had everything we needed. »

« Everything was so easy for checking in! The house was very well stocked with anything you would need. There were even extras just in case you forgot something like a tooth brush shampoo etc... Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived! The fishing on the pond was great! Caught plenty of bass and pickerel! Plenty of hiking to do nearby! And the best part was we were able to bring our two pups with us! They had a blast on the pond! The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate...

« The property owners were terrible with communication. We tried to call before leaving but website said calls not allowed and we assumed that owners would b there or some instructions as it clearly said that there was contactless check in available! We had so much food and 6 kids who were traumatized as it’s in the woody area and said bears and moose area! My older son got sick as we drove for so long to get to this place! Got hotel last minute which was an hour away… Terrible terrible experience...

« WONDERFUL!! Kimberly was excellent about contacts and very accomodating (we asked for an early check in). House was perfect for our family (lots of bedrooms!) and the hot tub was a big hit especially with the grandkids. Ample supplies for the kitchen too! Quiet spot but close to Bethel etc. Thank you!! »
