« We arrived at 3 for check in and no one was there and office was locked. There was a ring door bell so I rang it and she said she’d be there at 4 to check us in. We waited and at 4 there was still no one. I called the number but mailbox is full. The cleaning person told me she was at the sister hotel so we started to head that way but then saw her pull in at 4:10\. We get checked in and about an hour later realize our fridge isn’t working. I go back down and she’s out walking the dog so I sit...

"The price of the room is much too high for the quality. The bathroom was very dirty with water stagnating under the parquet floor. In the same way, the overall cleaning of the room left something to be desired. For 300€ a night, that seems unacceptable to me."

"Auberge de jeunesse au centre de la ville de Jackson. Très bien placé. Lit pour 2 dans des cases individuelles fermées par un rideau. De grands casiers à code sont disponible à côté de la partie nuit et la partie salle de bain. Sanitaires individuels très propre. Pas de parking sur place. Parking gratuit pour maxi 48 heures dans un parking de la ville à environ 1km. "
