"We always stay here when in Ozark. The hotel is older but always clean and quiet. The owners are some of the nicest people you will meet."

"The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom, in particular, looked like it hadn’t been touched in a very long time, and the bedding was worn, stained, and shabby. Because of these conditions, we felt it was unacceptable to stay and had no choice but to leave immediately. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the hotel refused to issue a refund, despite the condition of the room. As a result, we had to find another place to stay and ended up paying additional money for a room at DoubleTree by Hilton just to have a clean and safe environment. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, both due to the lack of cleanliness and the refusal to take responsibility."

"NO! The pool wasn't clean at all. Laundry too high & I was charged for an day, that I didn't even stay & hotel didn't adjust the charges. Stayed one night Instead of two & still was charged."

"The treehouse is a great place for anyone looking to explore the mount magazine area. It has all the basic necessities and a great firepit/patio area. The stairs into the sleeping loft are steep but rails on either side make it pretty easy to get up and down. The view from the front deck or loft is excellent. Friendly host and had everything we could need. Would not hesitate to book again."

"Comfortable and Clean. Some renovation going on but wasn't disruptive. Good breakfast. Good size indoor heated pool. Not a fancy place but good value. Staff is nice. "
