"It`s very basic and small, but clean and tidy - for a week ok. Old fashioned and with damp musty smell (there was an air dehumidifier) - we had to wash all our clothes after this week. Compare to our other cottages in this holiday the performance was lousy and the price we`d paid much too high."

"Property was clean on arrival with a wonderful afternoon tea waiting for us with homemade scones. I can't fault it at all. All the basics there, however, i would recommend taking extra toilet roll
WiFi strength is strong which is needed as there is no phone signal.
Great little entrance area to store dirty walking boots and wet clothes (although may not need this is the summer months).
The setting is beautiful, with a river running at the bottom of the field and plenty of woodland to explore....

"A comfortable clean compact cottage in an incredible location close to Hartland Quay and Hartland Point, the only minor issue being the sharp entry and exit to and from the drive. The cottage being upside down with the living area on the first floor and bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor is well equipped kitchen wise and an enormous double bed and dog friendly.Overall a very pleasant comfortable and welcoming cottage."

"A truly excellent and charming location. A charming, independent garden outside with a fire pit, table, and chairs. The interior is even more magnificent, well-maintained, and above all, equipped with everything you need... meticulously crafted. The table that converts to a bed was a simple but brilliant idea, the bathroom is enormous for a cabin, and the stove is truly wonderful. The only downside is the very narrow road leading to it; unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it... but...

"A beautiful little cottage, modern and very clean. Lovely decor and very pet friendly. The owners could not have been friendlier, such a nice helpful couple. Plenty of places to visit within a short distance. For a dog friendly beach, it has to be beautiful Summerleaze in Bude, with it's beach Lido, there's also a beautiful walk along the canal. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage."
