Comfortable, quiet and bright, it is ideal for a stay with family, friends, a couple or a business trip. It consists : 🛋️a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a television 🍽️a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) 🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed 🚿 a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a washer-dryer 🚽 a separate toilet 🅿️ The Bateliers car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Parking is NOT included. Street parking only. Needs a good cleaning! Small appliances were missing but mgmt purchased and brought the next day. Coffee pods on floor but no pod coffee maker. Easy walk to the Cathedral and other sights, and easy access to surrounding shops. Very quiet street. Amenities (3/5): Kitchen is very small, but we mostly ate out during our short stay. Sofa bed was very loud when we stayed. Hopefully it has been fixed. The space was a little tight for a family of 4 with teenagers. Condition (5/5): Apartment was very clean. Management (4\*/5): Management was very responsive and easy to work with. 5/5 for the people. However, for US travelers please be aware that the Swikly platform that is used by this company to process payments does not process US credit cards. Because it's surrounded by courtyards it was peaceful at night, yet close to everything. It had everything I needed for a long term stay.
