The check-in and the staff was excellent, l also had a question a few days before my arrival and they answered fairly quickly. The rooms are exactly as the pictures and rather spacious, l will definitely stay again in this hotel. :-)

The hotel is in a convenient location, about 15-20 minute walk from the Cathedral. Staff were helpful. However the rooms are dated and in poor condition. There was mould round the shower base and the tiles needed cleaning. The currains had holes in and were dirty, and there was only one pillow provided.

It is very near the train station. We arrived early but the staff let us store our luggages so that we can go around. The island, where most of the attractions are is walkable.

Good property. Very high value. Not very expensive and is a decent room. Not too many frills. Staff was very welcoming and gave us a cup for the christmas market that saved us a few euros.

Strasbourg, a fairy tale city!
Great place to stay. Less than 10 mins from the main train station and about 7 mins to a large mall. Strasbourg is simply beautiful, a fairy tale place to be in!

Avoid at all costs. Starting with check-in we’re the receptionist could barely be bothered to utter a word - his phone must have been more interesting. Only interested in us paying the local tax. Didn’t explain which floor we were on or anything. The room was poor (apart from the air con, which was good). An open electrical connection box in the room (luckily no children in our party, otherwise could have been very dangerous). Water boiler directly above the toilet. As long as you didn’t stand up when you left the loo, you were ok. 1 working light - 2 other lights, though both missing bulbs. 1 working plug socket. No coat hangers at all. Why have a wardrobe if you can’t hang clothes up ? Request for fresh towels (via email, message and asking Expedia) was ignored. Had to use the same towels through the stay. Felt unsafe as followed in a couple of times very closely and it appeared people were trying to gain access to see which room you were in. Hotel Quite obviously not interested. Complained to Expedia who were just as bad and kept us on hold an hour saying they were trying to get an answer from the hotel about a refund (which was refused). We didn’t want a refund, just fresh towels, light bulbs and coat hangers. Seriously avoid like the plague. The ‘welcome’ should have been a warning sign about this ‘hotel’.

Run away from this place!
This was a super disappointing experience. The internet does not work, it's ok to check emails but it's not going to work for anything else. I was surprised that the internet was not working so I went to the reception and asked if something was happening, then the lady working at the reception told me it's usually slow, and she gave me the address of an internet cafe if I needed access to internet. The day after I asked the manager if I could leave because I needed internet to work, then she suggested moving to a room closer to the reception area, which I did, but the internet signal was still quite poor, so what I had to do was to get my own separate internet plan to use during my stay there. Also, the new room I got had a super disgusting smell of garbage, it came at times during the day, but sometimes it was so bad that I couldn't even sleep. The cherry on top of the pie happened on the last day I was there, the elevator was broken so I had to take my suitcases by the stairs. Management is aware of all these issues because they were not even surprised when I told them, it's unbelievable no one does anything to solve them.

Clean, confy bed and pillow, with air conditining; 4 min walk from Train station and 10 walk to Petit France, in door parking. Very friendly english spoken staff. Overall i would go back.

The rooms should be better inspected and treated by the management. They need repairs and more careful cleaning. Due to this reason the hotel cannot get more than 6/10 according to my opinion.

The hotel deserves more positive reviews than negative ones. There are things that leadership and management need to work on. But they themselves know about them. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

No AC and next to the rail station
The hotel is right next to the rail train station, so, the noise is uncomfortable and in addition because the AC did not work , you need to stay 24hrs with the window open. There is no housekeeping in the 5 days that we stayed. We spoke to them about the AC and they were aware but they did not offer any solution. We couldn't rest well any night since it was over 30 degrees Celsius every night.

Nice little studio for a two nights stay. Walkable distance from everything. Great staff! Bee a little too soft for my taste, but confortable. They were installing A/C while we were there (June 2022).

around 10 minutes walk to the central station, room was quite spacious, with kitchen and all the things you will need. Wifi was easy to connect. Staff was nice.

After reading the not-so-positive reviews online, our kind of snotty teenagers were a bit skeptical about staying here but at the end of the day, everyone was pleased with the hotel and the service and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was the cheapest hotel we found in Strasbourg but we have stayed in many more-expensive but dirty and uncomfortable hotel than this, so it was a very good value for the money.

Clean room, nice staff, but bad traffic...
The room was clean. Staff were nice. Might need a bit maintenance/renovation on some facilities (for example, the lift). Due to the location, traffic was extremely terrible around on the weekend and not enough parking in the residence itself. Need to park in their partner parking lot and pay a bit higher as well.
