Stayed for 4 days wasn’t greeted once the staff just looked at me angry and didn’t feel welcome at all, with exception of the lady with her daughter she was nice. "Room was very noisy to outside traffic, shower door needed refitting as it swings open whilst showering. Bathroom radiator broken. No air-conditioning so window needed to be left open during the day to keep ambient temperature. Came home absolutely shattered. Beds were comfy and room clean. Traffic noise was mainly trams which run from 4am until 1am daily."
