« Very good spot, especially if you have dogs. Private dock area, great view from the deck, and it’s fairly quiet too. There’s no microwave or oven, but that’s honestly not a big issue. Still have a grill and convection oven, plus takeout options in the area. There’s no AC but if you open the windows you can get a cool breeze going at night that it doesn’t overwhelm. »

« At check in it was very clear the cottage had not been cleaned. We were not provided enough towels and linens for 1 day much less the 4 that we had booked. Messaged host no response. In addition the second “bedroom” and I use that term loosely had damp carpet in the doorway and we were unable to utilize this room. The floors and countertops were sticky, shower needs to be replaced it’s past cleaning. Multiple electrical outlets not working we had to move the microwave to another area to use....

« Absolutely, wonderful cottage equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Loved the screened porch and picnic tables under the shade of trees. Excellent location to big beach and restaurants. Loved our stay. »

« The house is beautiful! The rooms are comfortable and one of them includes its private bathroom! It's clean and well decorated! We are 3 minutes from Perkins Cove and 1.5 miles from Ogunquit, no car it's perfect! Kristen is so kind and she is there as needed. We will be there next year with our little dogs! »
