There was a wedding function the weekend we stayed and there was no distruption or loud noises. Very relaxed atmosphere and very good breakfast. "The receptionist was far from welcoming - very matter of fact. I enquired to see if there was any cancellation with a dog friendly room - shrugged her shoulders and that was a no - not even I am sorry. Bar staff where we could take a dog was over the top - as we walked in announced to whole bar we were walking in - there was a very loud child approx 9 yrs old who he was encouraging to be even louder - we moved table. We have stayed here a few times but will not be back."

"Lovely B&B for an overnight. Stayed in room 7 bed very comfortable, lovely clean bathroom modern and spotless, tea making facilities good only down side was the roller blind was not blackout and there were no curtains so it was very light very early. Kitchen next door had plenty of crockery, glasses and pots should you wish to make yourself a meal. Breakfast selection good although no brown bread only white. Good selection of teas and coffees and plenty of yoghurt etc in the fridge for you to help yourself too. All in all a fantastic night and worth every penny. Thanks Anna x"

"Staff are approchable and went to the trouble of wishing one of our party birthday wishes following a throw away comment about the reason for our visit. There was a wedding function the weekend we stayed and there was no distruption or loud noises. Very relaxed atmosphere and very good breakfast. The evening menu is a little limited in choice but we found the quality of food good."

"We had a really comfortable stay in a very spacious room which included 2 double beds and 2 large reclining chairs and still had room for furniture, closet space was good and bathroom layout was suitable but could be freshened up. Facilities were really good we used the pool and sauna etc whilst there, changing rooms were clean and spacious. We ate breakfast the choice was phenomenal something for everyone, the pancake making machine is a fun addition for the BIG kids 😂😂😂. Was a very relaxed and fun weekend away overall was a really great first time experience. Staff were very friendly and accommodating was also very well priced for standard. "
