We raised the issue with reception, but the staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the situation. Even after management became involved, we did not receive an apology. While they offered to refund our car parking, they were unable to process the refund back onto my card. After waiting 45 minutes with no resolution, I eventually gave up."

"Perfect for what we needed. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, plenty of space, lovey bathroom and shower area. Cosy. It is self check-in and no breakfast available although we did not require this. Also, the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday should you want to eat there. We thought it was fantastic value and would stay again"
