"The place was very nice
I didn’t partake of the food because I had brought my own
But the staff was very friendly and it was a nice stay
I may return someday and next time I will have breakfast"
"The hotel was ok and in a great location for our visit to Stoke-on-Trent.

When in the room there was the sound of water running and this never stopped, even after telling the reception and was told by them that the maintenance people would sort it out, but no, it kept on running! It was like water torture! So if room 317 is allocated to you, then insist on another room!!
The breakfast was good and the staff serving were...
"for a 3 star hotel, the condition of the property seems run down, a renovation would be needed to make this place thrive, beds are well a bed, but not the best at all, night porter walking around woke us up 3 times in the night, not much sound proofing for the rooms "
