« This property was a total disaster. It was advertised as having air con. No restrictions. We get there and were told there is no air con from 10pm to 10am. I would never have booked the place without air con. We were told to leave the windows open and were eaten alive by bugs all night. Spoke to the owners and were told ok we would be able to use the air con the following day. Guess what… next day all of a sudden the air con “doesn’t work” may be a day or two until it’s fixed. « Unser Zimmer (Steenbras) befand sich im ersten Stock des Haupthauses und hatte einen traumhaften und frontalen Blick auf das Meer. Das große King-Size Bett war so bequem, dass wir öfter stundenlang drin lagen, und auf das Neeer schauten. Die Managerin war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit Tischreservierungen geholfen. Es gibt zwar ein Restaurant im Ort, ober für ein besseres Erlebnis empfiehlt es sich, 10 Minuten nach Still Bay zu fahren. Das Frühstück war sehr individuell und üppig. Der Blick vom...

« As usual hotel.com didn’t communicate the room(2 bedroom cottage) that we booked to the hotel so they first tried to put us in a 1 bedroom cottage. Luckily our cottage was available and totally worth it, with a nice view of a pond and gardens, a comfortable living room and even a well equipped kitchen »
